Day 7
It’s been a week now. I’m noticing my clothes are feeling a bit more comfortable. I also don’t feel nearly as bloated anymore.
This hasn’t been very difficult to stick with, and I’ve lost 4 pounds so far.

Day 14
Still no problems sticking with this so far. I’m NEVER hungry and never feel like I’m ‘on a diet’, yet the weight keeps coming off.

I’ve been trying to be more active the past few weeks, taking my yorkie out for walks more often, etc.
This week I started using a treadmill. I hate running, so I just walk on it for 20 minutes a few times a week. I’m going to try and do this more next week.

I pretty much feel like a new me! I’m eating healthy for the first time in my life, and it’s become second nature to me. I’m trying to walk my 15-20 minutes every day on a treadmill now, and it’s also becoming ‘normal’ for me!

Nothing new to write about this week! Lost a few more pounds though
I took out a skirt I was wearing just a month ago - and I can’t believe how much smaller I’ve become!

Day 42
Wow! I finaly got the courage to try the weights this week. One of the girls I talk to while on the treadmill convinced me to give it a try.

I realized that I’ve really changed, on the inside and out. I’m a lot more active, and get out a lot more then I used to. I have so much more energy now.

I had the most amazing experience of my life. A young girl still in high school came up to me today and told me I was her role model! She’s overweight, but such a sweet girl. I almost cried. I asked her if she’d like to be my gym partner
