Week 4

Day 28
I pretty much feel like a new me! I’m eating healthy for the first time in my life, and it’s become second nature to me. I’m trying to walk my 15-20 minutes every day on a treadmill now, and it’s also becoming ‘normal’ for me!

My friends have started noticing the weight I’ve lost. We were going to go shopping for some new outfits, but I think I will hold off for now. I’d hate to have everything be too big for me in a few weeks :)
