Week 3

Day 22

I’ve been trying to be more active the past few weeks, taking my yorkie out for walks more often, etc.

This week I started using a treadmill. I hate running, so I just walk on it for 20 minutes a few times a week. I’m going to try and do this more next week.

I can actually pull the the waist on my pants and skirts about an inch away from my waist :) It’s a good thing I saved my smaller clothes!

This is sad - I always told myself I needed to lose 10 or 15 pounds. Well, I’ve lost 11 pounds so far and I’m able to be honest with mself for the first time in years - I have to lose a LOT of weight. I also realize that it’s not going to be torture or impossible to do it.
