Week 2

Day 14

Still no problems sticking with this so far. I’m NEVER hungry and never feel like I’m ‘on a diet’, yet the weight keeps coming off.

My clothes are starting to feel baggy :) Actually, this is how they were supposed to fit. I had been reluctant to go up anopther size this year, and just couldn’t admit to myself that I was as big as I was.
