Week 10

Day 70:
I’m running out of things to write about!  I’m down to 120 pounds, and I honestly look and feel like an entirely different person.

If you’ve been wanting to lose weight and get into shape, but haven’t, all I can say is DO IT. You really can make it happen. If I can do it, so can you.

Just a few months ago I had fat rolls (!) - and now I have the body I wouldn’t even let my self dream about. Of course I recommend Fat Loss 4 idiots, as they opened my eyes to the truth about diet and nutrition.
