It&#8217;s been a week now. I&#8217;m noticing my clothes are feeling a bit more comfortable. I also don&#8217;t feel nearly as bloated anymore. 
This hasn&#8217;t been very difficult to stick with, and I&#8217;ve lost 4 pounds so far.
Weight: 149 pounds

I pretty much feel like a new me! I&#8217;m eating healthy for the first time in my life, and it&#8217;s become second nature to me. I&#8217;m trying to walk my 15-20 minutes every day on a treadmill now, and it&#8217;s also becoming &#8216;normal&#8217; for me!
